Put aftercare on the first comparison sheet.
Ask who measures, who installs and who answers a service request for your actual Aldershot address. Those roles may involve different businesses; a manufacturer name alone does not answer the question.
Request the normal service hours, call-out charges, travel costs and maintenance schedule. Separate a parts warranty from labour, batteries and attendance costs.
Keep the contact details and model information with the operating instructions. Compare the written service arrangement before deciding that two equipment prices describe the same commitment.
Three questions for your Aldershot comparison
- Which business services my address?
- What does a visit cost outside the parts warranty?
- What maintenance does this model require?
Before requesting an assessment
Describe the route and the rooms you want to reach. Give your actual ON address and ask the provider to confirm service there. The person who will use the chair should be involved in a demonstration and the final choice of seat, controls and stopping positions.
If you are helping someone else, use the printable checklist together. You do not need to choose a model before discussing the route, but the installer needs measurements before confirming fit.
A useful next step
Read the installation and aftercare guide for a closer look at this decision. Compare an itemized total and named support arrangements before placing an order.
